Where Woven Fabric
Becomes Finished Linen
After grey fabric is woven and quality-checked at the weaving unit, it enters the stitching floor - the stage where precise cutting, controlled stitching, and professional packing transform raw cloth into hotel-ready bed linen, bath linen, or hospital textiles.
All operations are carried out in-house at the Karur facility. No third-party stitching contractors are used. Every piece that leaves the floor has been stitched, inspected, and packed by the Lottus team.
100+ Imported Sewing Machines
The stitching floor runs on 100+ imported sewing machines - flatlock, overlock, and blind-hem heads are operated across different product lines for clean, uniform finishing.
Bulk-Order Throughput
High-volume runs of 500 to 5000+ pieces are fulfilled without lead time compromise. The unit capacity is matched to the needs of large hotel chains and hospital procurement teams.
Modern Machine Infrastructure
All stitching machinery is imported and regularly maintained to maintain stitch consistency, reduce thread breakage, and ensure production uptime across all shifts.
In-House Packing Unit
A dedicated packing section handles folding, labelling, and protective packaging for all outgoing orders - sized for both single-hotel deliveries and pan-India bulk consignments.

Six Steps from
Fabric to Finished Piece
Every linen item stitched at Lottus passes through a defined, six-stage production process - from the moment fabric is received to the final packed piece ready for dispatch.
Fabric Receipt & Measurement
Pre-cut fabric rolls are received from the weaving and QC unit. Dimensions are re-verified against the order specification before cutting begins.
Precision Cutting
Fabric is cut to exact customer dimensions using calibrated cutting machinery. Straight cuts and curved edges are handled with minimal wastage.
Machine Stitching
Cut panels are assigned to the appropriate machine head - flatlock, overlock, blind hem, or chain stitch - based on product type and seam requirement.
Inline Stitch Inspection
Each stitched piece is checked inline for seam strength, stitch count consistency, and hem alignment before it moves to the finishing area.
Finishing & Trimming
Loose threads are trimmed, corners are reinforced, and any necessary zippers, buttons, or elastics are attached as per the product specification.
Final QC & Packing
Finished pieces are passed through a final quality check, then folded, labelled, and packed into protective packaging for dispatch.
Stitched to Your
Exact Dimensions
No fixed standard sizes are imposed on buyers. All bed linen, bath linen, and soft furnishing items are cut and stitched to dimensions specified by the customer - whether that is a boutique hotel with custom mattress sizes or a large hospital chain with non-standard pillow requirements.
Any customer-specified dimension is accepted for all product categories.
Stitch type, seam allowance, and hem style are matched to order requirements.
Zipper, button, and elastic attachments are handled within the stitching unit.
Individual piece, set, and bulk-bundle packing options are available.

Protective Packaging
Polybag and carton packing options are available for all product categories, chosen based on order size and delivery destination.
Labelling & Count Verification
Every packed unit is labelled with product name, size, GSM/TC, and quantity. A count verification step is done before carton sealing.

Pan-India Dispatch Ready
Packed orders are prepared for courier and freight dispatch to any location across India - hotels, hospitals, and hostels included.

In-House Stitching:
The Lottus Advantage
Most linen suppliers outsource stitching to contract units. At Lottus, it is done in-house - and that single difference changes everything about quality, speed, and pricing.
No Outsourcing Risk
In-house stitching means quality is never delegated to a third party. The same standard is applied to every piece, regardless of order size.
Faster Turnaround
Stitching and packing are done on the same premises as weaving. No inter-facility transport delays add to the lead time.
Bulk-Ready Capacity
The floor can handle high-volume institutional runs without splitting orders across contractors or compromising on finish standards.
Consistent Finish Quality
Imported machinery and trained operators deliver the same seam quality whether the order is 50 pieces or 5000.
Custom-Spec Capability
Any dimension, seam type, or attachment required by the customer is accommodated within the in-house stitching unit.
Direct Factory Pricing
In-house stitching avoids contractor mark-ups. Buyers benefit from factory-direct pricing without sacrificing quality.
